Na dworze tak ciemno, latarnie takie pogaszone. Wydawało się, że chodzi o zmianę czasu, cofnięcie wskazówki zegara wstecz. Jednak nie. Ten dzień będzie trochę inny, ale bez paniki, ani NASA nie głosi końca, ani Eyjafjallajökull ponownie nie wybuchł. Być może po prostu słońce świeciło zbyt mocno wczoraj albo studnia nocy okazała się głębsza niż zwykle. A może prostsze rozwiązanie: zwykłe lenistwo. Po co wstawać, skoro można jeszcze nie? No w każdym razie: Słońce nie może wstać.

 

The sun can’t get up

 

Outside so dark, lanterns so turned off. It seems it was about time change, moving the clock’s hands backward. But not. This day will be a bit different, no cause for panic though; neither NASA warns of impending doom, nor Eyjafjallajökull erupted again. Maybe it was just that the sun shone too bright yesterday, or the well of night proved a bit deeper than usual. Or maybe a simpler answer: plain lazyness. Why get up, when you can avoid it a bit more? So, anyway: the sun can’t get up.
